DART: Nauli mpya mwendo kasi Dar kuanza leo

The  DAR RAPID TRANSIT (DART) has released new fare prices. These new prices are for adults travelling on the main routes and destinations that come into force today that have been approved by the Land Transport Regulatory Authority (LATRA).

According to a statement issued by Dart’s Public Relations Manager, William Gatambi, the price levels given to adults indicate on the main route from Kimara to Kivukoni, Morocco and Prison is Sh750 and 200 students and from Ubungo to Kivukoni and Prison 750 and from Morocco to Kivukoni and Prison 750 and to students at Sh200.

Previously, the adult ticket for the primary route between Kimara and Kivukoni, Morocco, and Prison was Sh650, while the student fare was Sh200. The same was true for the route between Ubungo and Kivukoni, where the adult fare was Sh650 and the student fare was Sh200.

 

Along with feeder routes from Kimara to Mbezi Sh500, Kibaha and Mloganzila Sh700, and Prison to Muhimbili Sh750, 200 pupils are also served by these routes.

The initial route cost Sh400 from Kimara to Mbezi, Sh650 from the prison to Muhimbili, and Sh200 for students.

 

According to Dart, the LATRA Act, which is in charge of setting prices for ships offering ground transportation services, has been followed by the revisions to the rates.
