Purpose Of The Role
The role provides strategic leadership and direction to the scheme’s Operations portfolio to make available and accessible the most cost-effective healthcare financing and delivery system to Scheme members. It ensures maturity of strategic enablement capabilities in furtherance of the companies’ strategy and its aspiration to be a high-performance organization.What you will need?
- Medical Degree and Business qualification at NQF level 9
- 10 years’ experience in running operations
- Experience within a Medical Scheme environment will be added advantage
- Proven track-record of leading large-scale operations function
