Category 2: These are all readers with GMail addresses.

You Can Now  Set Up Your Blogspot So That Anyone(Including Anonymous) Can Comment in the following steps

Step 1 – Log in to your Blogger account with administrator permissions.
Step 2 – Click the “Settings” link and choose “Comments” from the submenu.
Step 3 – Select the “Anyone” option to allow any blog visitors to post a comment to your site. Choose “Registered users” to only allow people with an email address to post comments.

Step 4 – Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Save settings
