Senior Asset Manager Renewable Energies (m/f/gn)

Department: Renewable Energies Location: Esch-sur-Alzette (Luxembourg)

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the management and optimization of multiple photovoltaic assets while ensuring safe operation
  • You establish technical and financial performance analysis and implement continuous improvement projects based on thorough data and root cause analysis
  • You handle contract and claim management with suppliers, direct marketers, and subcontractors
  • You develop asset management plans
  • You ensure reporting of assets’ operational performance at board meetings
  • You ensure compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and standards
  • You build knowledge on technological trends, and develop new business processes in exchange with internal and external stakeholders
  • You drive strategic projects implementation though cross business unit collaboration

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in engineering, Business, or any related field
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management/project management, ideally in the renewable energy sector
  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex situations
  • You take initiatives and deliver results
  • You show leadership, engagement, and entrepreneurship
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in French, German, and English
