We are looking for someone to provide assistance in monitoring of financial management, as well as contracts with partners and donors, travel, human resources and general administrative support as well as some data and research assistance.

The jobholder’s primary responsibilities will be to:

  1. Manage Conserva Aves Project Contract (Bezos 8697) and others as relevant.
  2. Revise and control of expenses related to main project
  3. Work with Office manager to provide all information requested by Cambridge and local Administration.
  4. Draft for approval, amendments to project agreements, workplans and contractual aspects of projects with implementing partners.
  5. Contribute for Audits during the execution of the main contracts
  6. Keep budgetary control of major projects
  7. Keep track of transactions for major projects on ERP System
  8. Provide support on admin and finance activities.

The ideal candidate will have

Relevant first degree (e.g. administration, economy, finance, business, etc.)

Good knowledge of contract management, business administration, working with public and private entities.

Proven ability to manage different management and budgetary control systems.

Familiarity with the use of CRM and ERP systems.

Substantial work experience on contract management and budgetary control.
