.Assist management in the staffing process.
.Administer pay, leave, and employee relations.
.Manage employee performance.
.Manage HR database.
.Supervise and oversee the work of specific group of staff.
.Develop HR policies and maintain compliance with the organization’s policies.
.Perform secretarial duties.
Key requir:
.degree in hr or ba or related field.
.minimum 2 yrs expr working in a smlr role.preferably in a local or ingo.
.Exp in preparing contracts, and HR database mngmnt.
.exclnt organization skills.
.creative problem solving and conflict resol skills.
.knowledge of local employment laws and reg.
.proficiency in microsoft office suite.
