National Grants Specialist

Purpose of the position: Manage fundraising from international cooperation, international donors and national donors (institutional and private); and, contribute to guarantee the continuity of financial resources by monitoring the fulfillment of commitments assumed by Plan International with donors.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree in political science, social science or international relations with an emphasis on managing development projects through the logical framework approach.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience preparing winning proposals for institutional fundraising (Government Cooperation, International Private Foundations, etc).
  • Experience in the analysis and mapping of potential donors.
  • Experience in preparing and managing budgets.
  • Excellent writing ability.
  • Advanced command of the English language (spoken and written) is essential to write proposals.
  • Availability of time for inter-institutional coordination, visits to projects 10% of the time. (Field and office outings must comply with the Biosafety protocols approved by Plan International and use of PPE.)
