Sales Admin Controller

Responsibilities

 

  • Interaction with Commercial team, cross functional teams and Customers.
  • High level of attention to detail, especially in accuracy of figures within all reporting.
  • Adhere to deadlines, policies and procedures on the main objectives.
  • Attend to queries, assist with resolving problems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to working procedures to enhance efficiency and the working environment.
  • Utilize the in-house systems to maximum efficiency and report / follow up.
  • Leverage & Support admin team colleagues on relevant policies and procedures, through sharing skills & knowledge.

Qualifications

 

  • 2 years minimum experience in similar role (Admin, Sales or Marketing)
  • Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate
  • Tertiary qualification in any business-related field
  • Computer literacy essential with a good understanding of Excel & PowerPoint
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Good inter-personal skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to carry out tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
