Sales Admin Controller
- Interaction with Commercial team, cross functional teams and Customers.
- High level of attention to detail, especially in accuracy of figures within all reporting.
- Adhere to deadlines, policies and procedures on the main objectives.
- Attend to queries, assist with resolving problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify and recommend improvements to working procedures to enhance efficiency and the working environment.
- Utilize the in-house systems to maximum efficiency and report / follow up.
- Leverage & Support admin team colleagues on relevant policies and procedures, through sharing skills & knowledge.
- 2 years minimum experience in similar role (Admin, Sales or Marketing)
- Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate
- Tertiary qualification in any business-related field
- Computer literacy essential with a good understanding of Excel & PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good inter-personal skills
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to carry out tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
