The ‘Airbnb of event spaces’, Venuu, is looking for a Swedish-speaking Account Manager to join our international team in Barcelona.

Job description

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and growing our network of venue partners in Sweden (currently, 1,100+ venues operated by 300 companies)
  • Building relationships especially with our most important venue partners
  • Negotiating deals with new partners and doing upsales to existing ones
  • Making sure our partners succeed with Venuu and are super happy with our service
  • Working in tandem with the whole Scandinavia team and providing support and guidance to less experienced colleagues
  • Working closely with Venuu’s Head of Expansion on developing the local business strategy and launching business development initiatives

The essentials:

  • Start date: September, can be negotiated
  • Contract type: Full-time
  • Location: Barcelona – possibility to work partly remote after onboarding
  • Salary: 2200-2700€ / month (26,400-32,400€ / year), depending on your experience level

Qualifications

 

You’re our ideal candidate if you…

  • Have 1-3 years of prior work experience in B2B sales, account management or customer success
  • Have previously negotiated deals with business managers/directors
  • Thrive in a high-speed role, where organizational skills are key
  • Know how to build trust, but can also stand your ground in negotiations
  • Have great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Play well in a team and also know how to have fun at work
  • Love to work in a startup with an international atmosphere
  • Speak fluent Swedish and good English (other Scandinavian languages are a plus)
  • Have a big heart
