About Rata Social Services NPC:

Rata Social Services NPC is a registered Non-Profit Organization (NPO) and Child Protection Organization (CPO) with a Christian ethos. Our primary focus is the protection of children against all forms of abuse through prevention, early intervention, and statutory services. Additionally, we implement community development projects in vulnerable communities. With offices in four provinces (Gauteng, Limpopo, Northwest, and Mpumalanga), we have a dedicated team of qualified program managers, social workers, social auxiliary workers, and administrative personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Child Protection Advocacy:
    • Play a key role in advocating for child protection within communities.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of child protection programs.
  • Report Writing:
    • Utilize your strong report writing skills to document and communicate child protection efforts and outcomes.
  • Networking:
    • Build and maintain networks with relevant stakeholders in the child protection and community development sectors.
  • Community Development:
    • Support the implementation of community development projects in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in child protection or related fields is advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, networking, and report writing skills.
  • Commitment: A genuine commitment to child protection and community development.
