About the Job:

The Project Manager for Office Relocation Project will oversee the relocation of DRC Danmark’s headquarters and integration office to modern and renovated premises at Lyngbyvej 100, Copenhagen. This project aims to create an office space that supports employee well-being and enhances organizational performance. The Project Manager will report to the Head of HR for HQ&DK and collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Facility Service, Internal Communication, IT, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall project planning, budgeting, and implementation
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Cooperation with external providers and consultants
  • Change management and internal communication
  • Risk mitigation and problem-solving
  • Coordination of internal project group members and experts
  • Detailed planning for the move-in process

Project Deliverables:

  • Development and operation of shared facilities in the new building
  • IT setup for new premises
  • Move-out logistics from current offices and move-in logistics to new office
  • Implementation of activity-based working model
  • Change management and leadership initiatives
