Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site salesperson role at our North Riding office. The Salesperson will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans and strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and negotiating and closing deals. The Salesperson will also work collaboratively with the Envision Rethink team to achieve business/group goals, administration, and objectives.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and media strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Professional sales training or certification is a plus
  • Ability to work/sell products/services from multiple companies within the group


  • Manage and assist customers on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
  • Update customer information, order meta, and product data regularly
  • Learn and follow a comprehensive sales, marketing, operations, and delivery cycle
  • Capture and document sales orders, invoices, GRNs, and any other relevant data/documents on our accounting system
  • Calculate, document, manage, and communicate customer billings, quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and refunds
  • Create and update product descriptions, images, and pricing daily
  • Manage customer complaints and reviews daily
  • Consistently improve conversion rates throughout our organization
  • Optimize daily leads and inquiries effectively
  • Determine, document, and communicate comparable products regularly
  • Establish long-term customer loyalty and adapt to various customer requests
  • Learn and adapt to our sales, delivery, operations, and marketing cycle with ease
  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
  • Deliver high-quality personalized support with excellent research skills
  • Display initiative and creativity in your work to ensure the needs of our customers are met and exceeded regularly
  • Drive product sales with a superior sales strategy
  • Learn and demonstrate advanced product knowledge
  • Liaise with all departments, including but not limited to sales, logistics, procurement, operations, marketing, and accounting
  • Schedule and manage client requests regularly
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout our organization
  • Source, convert, and maintain leads with a target-driven approach
  • Collaborate and assist other employees with our website, CRM, sales, marketing, and operations as a whole
  • Provide excellent follow-up service
  • Find new target markets and penetrate them to drive sales
  • Discover and learn how to market products to new users
  • Consistently provide target market and competitor data for additional analyses
  • Demonstrate natural product appeal to customers based on our brand and sales strategy
  • Communicate with customers effectively across multiple support channels
  • Liaise with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
  • Collaborate and assist the sales team with administrative duties and sales tactics
  • Consistently provide target market and competitor data for additional analyses
  • Ad hoc tasks will be required
  • Group assistance will also be required

Qualifications required:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Relevant certificates/achievements advantageous

Experience required:

  • +3 years of sales and/or product management experience with consumer-facing transactions
  • +3 years retail experience advantageous
  • +2 years eCommerce experience advantageous
  • Proven experience in creating and managing product specifications advantageous

Software Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft products advantageous
  • Retail POS experience advantageous
  • CRM experience advantageous
  • eCommerce experience advantageous
