Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop strategies for Social and Behavior Change (SBC) activities, including Accountability to Affected Populations (AAP) approaches.
  • Implement SBC activities at the community level, ensuring effective engagement and participation.
  • Provide technical and operational support to SBC initiatives and programs.
  • Advocate for children’s rights and build partnerships with stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Foster innovation, knowledge management, and capacity building within the SBC field.


  • Advanced university degree in social and behavioral science, sociology, anthropology, psychology, education, communication, public relations, or a relevant technical field.
  • Minimum of five years of professional experience in social development program planning, Social & Behavior Change, public advocacy, or a related area.
  • Fluency in French and English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or a local language is an asset.
