Position Overview

This role plays a crucial part in supporting essential strategic priorities, leading the organization in developing and providing strategic consultation on company goals and priorities. We are seeking an individual with a strategic mindset who is eager to make a global impact.

What You’ll Do for Us

  1. Quantitative Analysis: Oversee detailed quantitative analysis to address significant business challenges.
  2. Collaboration: Partner with Functions, Operating Units, and Platform Services both within and outside the department based on enterprise and departmental priorities.
  3. Enterprise-Wide Initiatives: Support the delivery of expectations for Enterprise Strategy, Enterprise-Wide Initiatives, or Enterprise Learning.
  4. Analysis Production: Leverage insights produced by various units and produce ad-hoc analysis to support rotating priorities.
  5. Communication Plans: Assist in developing communication plans for transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders during the strategic planning process.
  6. Strategic Planning Structure: Assist in establishing a structure for the strategic planning process to receive and incorporate input from leadership and stakeholders.
  7. Implementation Plan: Provide guidance on the implementation plan’s key elements and structure, including performance indicators and accountability systems.
  8. Knowledge Sharing: Identify opportunities and implement recommendations to enhance knowledge sharing.
  9. Organizational Effectiveness: Provide recommendations to improve organizational efficiency through the strategic planning process and implement approved recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience focused on Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Commercial Strategy, and Business Transformation.
  • Experience working with senior executives in crafting and implementing strategies for growth and margin improvement.
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, process-oriented, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
