Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal/Admin Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior executives and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for senior executives
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
• Manage and prioritize email and phone correspondence
• Draft and prepare reports, memos, and other documents
• Provide general administrative support as needed, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior executives
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
