Radboud University in Netherland invites applications for the Radboud Scholarship Programme for the 2021/2022 academic year. The Radboud Scholarship Programme offers a select number of talented prospective non-EEA students the opportunity to receive a scholarship to pursue a complete English-taught Master’s degree programme at Radboud University.
The Radboud Scholarship Programme is very selective and is only intended for talented students who have obtained outstanding study results and are highly motivated to pursue a Master’s degree programme at Radboud University.[wbcr_html_snippet id=”1250″ title=”Display Ads”]
Each year 12 full scholarships and about 25 partial scholarships are awarded within the Radboud Scholarship Programme for the duration of one of the English taught Master’s degree programmes (with the exception of Erasmus Mundus Master’s programmes, joint-degree Master’s programmes, and the Master’s programme in Theology (3 year)).
Worth of Award
- Full scholarships
A full scholarship covers the tuition fee of €16,000 and living costs of €10,800 (as set by the IND, the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service, for 2021/2022). - Partial scholarships
A partial scholarship will reduce your tuition fee to € 2,168. For example: a grant holder in 2021/2022 will pay a tuition fee of only €2,168, instead of €16,000.
Eligibility
You will only be eligible to obtain a Radboud Scholarship if you:[wbcr_html_snippet id=”1254″ title=”In-Feed Ads”]
- hold a non-EU/EEA passport
- are not eligible for the lower EEA tuition fee for other reasons
- have (will obtain) a Bachelor’s degree achieved outside the Netherlands, have no degrees achieved in the Netherlands and did not receive any previous education in the Netherlands
- have been fully admitted to the English-taught Master’s degree programme starting September 1, 2018 as stated in the formal letter of admission
- are able to comply with the conditions for obtaining a visa for the Netherlands
- are enrolled at Radboud University as a full-time student for the academic year and Master’s degree programme for which the scholarship will be awarded
- In the case of a two-year programme: to qualify for the grant during the second year, you need to have passed all courses in the first year.
How to Apply
- The application for admission and the application for the scholarship is fully integrated, there is no separate application procedure for the scholarship.
- However, the selection for RSP and the admission to the Master’s degree programme are two separate processes.
- Admission to the programme does not imply selection for RSP.
You apply for a Radboud Scholarship by indicating during your application for admission that you wish to apply for a Radboud Scholarship. - You will then be requested to upload three additional documents: two reference letters and a curriculum vitae.
Deadline: You must have completed your application for admission via the online application system OSIRIS Incoming Students before March 1, 2021.
