We are recruiting a Sales Manager to oversee sales operations on the East Rand on behalf of an established B2B distribution company.

Minimum Requirements

Min 3-5yrs experience as Sales Manager

Actively engaged in the Business development process to ensure the sales consultant have sufficient clients to engage with.

Come from a product selling B2B space, that sell stock to the trade -( dealers/installers etc)

Affinity for technical product(Electrical/electronic) and solutions

Work with Stores and accounts to ensure stock and credit availability for the customers

Duties

Primary focus is to drive sales, through added value – Technical support, solution , service etc.

Manages 4-6 sales staff ( KPI and Targets) as well as 2x Support Technicians(Sales Engineers), that facilitate the sales process by giving solution , technical advice and support

Salary Bracket

R28 000 to R38 000 per month CTC depending on experience and qualifications + commission
