Overview:

UNRWA is seeking passionate individuals, both male and female, to join our team as Religion Teachers for grades 8 in various field locations. This is an opportunity to inspire students and foster an understanding of religious diversity and tolerance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that explore religious beliefs, practices, and values, fostering respect and understanding among students.

  5. Community Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and community leaders to promote interfaith dialogue and understanding within the school community.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Education, or related field.

  • Certification: Teaching certification or licensure is required.

  • Experience: Previous experience teaching religion or related subjects at the middle school level is preferred.

  • Passion: Demonstrated passion for promoting religious understanding, tolerance, and respect among students.

  • Gender Equality: Open to both male and female candidates.
