About the Role: Are you passionate about aviation and logistics? In this role, you will provide vital support to our air operations team, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of personnel and cargo across the Central African Republic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating flight schedules, including passenger and cargo transport missions, to meet operational requirements.
• Liaise with aviation service providers, including airlines and ground handling agencies, to arrange flights and ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Prepare flight manifests, cargo load plans, and other documentation required for air operations.
• Monitor flight movements and provide updates to relevant stakeholders, including mission personnel and local authorities.
• Assist in processing flight clearances, visas, and other travel-related documents for mission staff and cargo.
• Maintain accurate records of flight operations, including fuel consumption, flight hours, and aircraft maintenance schedules.
• Provide administrative support to the air operations unit, including organizing meetings, drafting correspondence, and managing office supplies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in aviation, transportation, or logistics.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures is an asset.
