About the Job:

At Jungle Scout, we’re on a mission to empower entrepreneurs and brands in building successful e-commerce businesses by providing industry-leading data, powerful tools, and resources. We’re expanding and seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and customer-oriented Customer Experience team, part of the Customer Success department.

The Customer Marketing Manager will develop strategies and customer programs aimed at driving adoption, loyalty, upsell, and advocacy opportunities within our customer base.

Location: Remote (US or Canada, except Québec)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a customer program strategy to support adoption, expansion, and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams on targeted marketing, events, and initiatives to drive customer upsell, expansion, and retention.
  • Manage and create content for customer newsletters, email nurtures, in-app messaging, social media, and webinars.
  • Provide reporting and insights on the effectiveness of customer programs and tactics.
  • Analyze data to identify customer behavior, preferences, and needs.
  • Create customer programs/campaigns based on customer insights.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced B2B SaaS customer marketer with at least 3+ years of experience.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to creating impactful content and communications.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with exceptional communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with deep empathy for customer needs.
  • A multiplier, empowering others through coaching and mentoring.
