Responsibilities:

  1. Driving Responsibilities:

    • Safely and responsibly operate the office vehicle.
    • Transport authorized personnel as directed, ensuring their safety and security.
    • Deliver and collect mail, documents, and other items to and from partners and stakeholders as required.
  2. Vehicle Maintenance:

    • Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good working condition at all times.
    • Perform minor maintenance tasks and arrange for major repairs when necessary.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle servicing and repairs.
  3. Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative assistance and support to the office as needed.
    • Assist in the coordination of logistics for meetings, workshops, and events.
    • Assist in the procurement of supplies and equipment when required.

Qualifications and experience:

  • Secondary education is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience as a driver in an office setting.
  • Experience working with UN agencies or international organizations is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • A good command of English and/or Portuguese is required.
