Grade 12 Results 2022/2023 ECZ – Examination Council of Zambia

The Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) is a corporate body established in 1983 by an Act of Parliament Chapter 137 of the Laws of Zambia with a mandate to conduct Primary and Secondary School, Teacher Training as well as Technical Education Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training Examinations. The ECZ has been in existence as a secretariat since 1987. Functions of the ECZ include among others, conducting examinations and awarding certificates or diplomas to candidates who pass examinations conducted by ECZ.

Examination results checking Guide.
  1. Open the message app on your phone. In the message app, create a new SMS. Then enter 8383 in the ‘To’ field.
  2. Write ECZ results SMS. Type your Full Examination Number (Leave Space). Type Examination Year (Leave Space). …
  3. Click Send. Ensure that you are sending to 8383.

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW BEFORE PROCEEDING

  1. Click the E-STATEMENT OF RESULTS link above
  2. Click on CANDIDATE SIGN IN
  3. Select the level you wish to check results for in the dropdown box then click on Continue button
  4. Enter Candidate’s Examination Number in the provided textbox and then click on Continue
  5. The results will be displayed showing all the details of the candidate and school
  6. Click on PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS
  7. A PDF document will be generated in a new tab within the browser.
    If you get a message saying, The stetement of results has been successfully generated BUT the statement is not shown in the browser,
    you need to enable pop-ups in your web browser. In that case, you will be required to redo the process from step 4.

Download ECZ e Statement Of Results

Follow these simple steps to download your statement of results on the ECZ web portal.

  • To get started visit: www.systems.exams-council.org.zm;
  • Click on option 2 which reads” e-STATEMENTS OF RESULTS” on the list of links, then;
  • On the next page, Click e-Statement of Results. Then;
  • Click on “CANDIDATE SIGN IN”
  • Select the level you want to check the results for in the select box
    E.g. “GRADE 12” or “GCE“
  • Then click on “Continue” button;
  • Enter the correct “EXAMINATION NUMBER” and click on “Continue“.
    The results will be displayed showing all the details of the candidate
  • Click on print “ELECTRONIC STATEMENTS OF RESULTS“.
    Then an eStatement PDF document will be generated in a new tab with the browser which you can either print or save to your device.
