Description:

The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights is seeking a Consultant on Care and Support Scorecard to join our team in Geneva. As a Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a care and support scorecard to monitor and evaluate the delivery of care services for vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis to assess the current landscape of care and support services for vulnerable populations.
  • Develop a comprehensive care and support scorecard framework, including key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather input and feedback on the scorecard framework.
  • Pilot the scorecard in selected regions to test its effectiveness and relevance.
  • Provide technical support and capacity building to partners and stakeholders in implementing the scorecard.
  • Analyze data collected through the scorecard to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in care and support services.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in social work, public health, human rights, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems, preferably in the context of care and support services.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience working in humanitarian or human rights settings is desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of another UN official language is an asset.
