Job Title: Communications Facilitator

Purpose of the Position:

The Communications Facilitator will implement and manage the Communications Plan of the ELLA project. This role will contribute to fulfilling the visibility, positioning, and awareness objectives of various stakeholders at the local, regional, and national levels. The initiative focuses on adolescent girls and young women, particularly Venezuelan refugees and migrants in all their diversity, exercising their rights to protection and sexual and reproductive health and rights in Peru.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences, specializing in Social Communication, Communication for Development, Sociology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing communication plans for social projects.
  • Experience in creating content for multiple platforms such as social networks, websites, training materials, and events.
  • Experience in managing local community communication, development projects, or social impact initiatives.
  • Proficiency in content creation for social networks.
  • Proficient in Office suite and graphic and audiovisual design software.
  • Intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, webinars, etc.
