The Old Navy Credit Card can be activated by logging in to oldnavy.barclaysus.com and entering your card details. Navyist Rewards moves credit card program from Synchrony to Barclays. Your new credit card will arrive by post from mid-June. This card has a whole new look, but the same benefits you know and love. As always, you still enjoy great benefits with no annual fee. Stay tuned here for the latest information and details about this change.

Please note: If you opened your account on or after March 31, your new credit card will be mailed between June 20 and June 24. Activate it and use your card immediately.

Oldnavy.com Activate your Credit Card :

1. Activate your new card from June 20, anytime after 6am. m., Eastern time.

2. Destroy your Synchrony Navyist Rewards credit card at this time as it is no longer valid.

3. Visit oldnavy.barclaysus.com to set up and manage your account online, set up recurring payments and sign up for electronic statements

4. Notify merchants who automatically bill your account on a regular basis, such as utilities, cell phones, or insurance companies, of your new account information.

You should also update any online business accounts that store your credit card information for prompt payment, as well as any digital wallets.

How do I get a PIN for my chip card?

While we assign a 4-digit PIN to your account when we open it, we recommend that you change your PIN to one that is easy to remember but hard to guess.

• When you activate your new card online, you will be asked to create a PIN code. You don’t need to know your existing PIN to create a new one.
• When you call us to activate your new card, you can also create a PIN or request that we send you your assigned PIN.

Please note that if you create a new PIN, you will need to sign your first transaction at a chip card machine with an ATM. After completing your first chip transaction, your PIN will be activated and you can use your card at self-service kiosks where a PIN is required.

You can also use your PIN for cash advances at ATMs in the US and around the world. The annual percentage rate (APR) of your cash advance will apply. Remember there is only one PIN for your account. As the primary cardholder, you may share your PIN with authorized users at your discretion.

How do I register for online Credit Card account servicing?

Go to the login page of the website and click on the Set up online access button. Once you have confirmed your identity and set up your credentials, you will be able to access the website to maintain your credit card account.

MAKING PAYMENTS

Continue paying before June 16.

As of June 16, you will no longer be able to access your credit card account online through Synchrony Financial at oldnavy.syf.com/login.
Payments that need to be processed to your Navyist Rewards credit card after June 16 will be cancelled.

ONLINE PAYMENTS

If you plan to pay by phone, you can do so until 23:59. M. ET on June 15. Please note that you can change a scheduled payment or automatic payment until 7 PM. M. ET on June 15.

PAYMENTS BY MAIL

If you plan to pay by mail, please send it to the payment address on your Synchrony statement at least 7 days before the due date.

Payments due between June 16 and June 19 should be mailed to Synchrony.

If you have agreements with other electronic bill payment services, let them know that Synchrony will no longer process payments after June 16.
