Paycom Login Issues /Troubleshoots
Users often face a common problem of forgotten username and password while logging into their Paycom online account. If you are logging in as an Employee and having trouble remembering your username or password, just click on the “Forgot Username or Password?” located below the Blue “Login” button.
Steps For Forgotten Username:
When you click on the Forgot Username link you will be redirected to a new page.
Enter your registered email ID in the text field and click or tap the green coloured “NEXT” button.
An email will be sent to you with your Username details.
Steps For Forgotten Password:
When you click on the Forgot Password link you will be redirected to a new page to follow step one of the password reset processes.
Enter your Username, last 4 digits of your Social Security Number, and Birth Date in mm/dd/yyyy format.
Click or tap the green coloured “NEXT” button.
