Job Role: B2B Integrated Marketing Director (Canada)

Overview: Broadridge is seeking an experienced B2B Integrated Marketing Director to lead marketing efforts in Canada. This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support Broadridge’s growth objectives in Canada. The focus includes enhancing the Broadridge brand, generating demand for wealth and investor communications capabilities, and strengthening relationships with clients, associations, and media. The ideal candidate should be a digital-first thinker with hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing programs, including thought leadership, digital marketing, lead generation, events, and PR.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and deliver marketing strategy and programs in the Canada region.
  2. Execute lead generation campaigns and accelerate pipeline growth in target segments.
  3. Develop integrated customer retention strategies for 100% client retention.
  4. Create and execute digital marketing tactics, including social media, email, and content amplification.
  5. Launch regional brand awareness campaigns and position Broadridge as an industry leader.
  6. Partner with PR and media for enhanced market profile via interviews, press releases, and articles.
  7. Plan and deliver impactful customer events, roundtables, and webinars.


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Marketing.
  • 10-15 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in finance and technology.
  • Strong digital marketing skills with experience across the marketing spectrum.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
