Logging in to ServiceMonster: Your Gateway to Efficient Business Management

  • Primary Recommendation: Google Chrome.
  • Note for Right-Click Features: For features requiring a right-click, use “ctrl + mouse click” on your MAC.

Logging In to ServiceMonster:

1. To log into ServiceMonster, simply click here.
2. Alternatively, click on the “Login” button located at the top of the help page.

   This will direct you to the login page. Enter your Company ID, User Name, and Password, then click “Login”. In case you forget your password, utilize the “Forgot your password?” link beneath the “Login” button.

Bookmarking ServiceMonster for Easy Access:

Saving a Link on your Desktop:

1. Open ServiceMonster in a new window and highlight the URL.
2. Drag and drop the link to your desktop.
3. Double-click the new link to open it again.

Bookmarking in Google Chrome:

1. Open ServiceMonster.
2. In the URL bar, click the star icon on the far right-hand side.
3. A box will appear; click “DONE”.
4. A quick link to ServiceMonster 6 will now appear underneath the URL and on your bookmarks list.

Click on this quick link whenever you wish to access your ServiceMonster 6 efficiently.
