Sassa Eforms Login
The South African Social Security Agency runs the Sassa eServices, which is a place where people can apply online for social grants (SASSA). The Sassa eForms eServices website was down for a few weeks. On Sassa eServices, you can find eForms, which are online portals where people can sign up, log in, and send Sassa their applications for different social grants.
On the Sassa eForms, you can apply for any of the following social grants:
Grant for Old People
Disability Grant
Care Dependency Grant
Grant for Special Help in Hard Times
War Veterans Grant
Child Fostering Grant
Grant for Children
Grant-in-aid
Sassa eForms Login
Follow these steps to get to the Sassa eForms login, which includes registering your profile on the Sassa eServices website;
Go to https://services.sassa.gov.za
Click on Grant Applications.
Use the eServices portal to sign up.
Click or select the grant you want to apply for.
Fill out the application and upload the necessary documents as asked.
Older Person’s Grant
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- The applicant must be a South African citizen, permanent resident or refugee.
- The applicant must reside in South Africa.
- Must be 60 years of age or older.
- The applicant must not be in receipt of another social grant for him or herself.
- The applicant and spouse must comply with the means test.
- The applicant must not be maintained or cared for in a State Institution.

Child Support Grant
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- The primary care giver must be a South African citizen, permanent resident or refugee.
- Both the applicant and the child must reside in South Africa.
- The applicant must be the primary care giver of the child/ children concerned.
- The child/children must be under the age of 18 years
- The applicant and spouse must meet the requirements of the means test.
- An applicant can not apply for more than six non biological children.
- The child can not be cared for in state institution.

Disability Grant
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- The applicant must be a South African citizen, permanent resident or refugee.
- The applicant must be resident in South Africa.
- The applicant must be 18 to 59 years of age.
- The applicant must submit a medical / assessment report confirming the impact of disability.
- The applicant’s medical assessment must not be older than 3 months at date of application.
- The applicant and spouse must meet the requirements of the means test.
- The applicant must not be maintained or cared for in a State Institution.
- The applicant must not be in receipt of another social grant in respect of him or herself.
