- The sweepstakes begin at 12:00:01 am CT on November 1, 2020, and end at 11:59:59 pm CT on January 31, 2021.
- There are four ways to enter: purchase, survey invite, online, and write-in.
- No purchase or survey completion is required to enter or win.
To enter without making a purchase, entrants must visit www.entry.survey.walmart.com during the sweepstakes period and complete the online sweepstakes entry form in its entirety, including their complete name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. Then, click the “Continue” button to receive one (1) entry in the sweepstakes. All online entries must be received by January 31, 2021, at 11:59:59 p.m. CT.
To enter by mail, on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth and mail with proper postage to 2020 Walmart Sweepstakes, PO Box 228, Macedon, NY, 14502-0228. All write-in entries must be postmarked by January 30, 2021, and received by February 5, 2021.

Outside of the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the 50 United States, neither the survey nor the sweepstakes are valid.

Make a purchase at a Walmart store. During the sweepstakes period, people can enter by making a purchase of any amount at a participating Walmart store.
Receive a cash register receipt. received a survey invitation on their cash register receipt.
- Follow the instructions to visit www.survey.walmart.com. Complete the online survey and/or entry form to receive one entry into the sweepstakes.
- Enter the required ID and ST from your purchase receipt. https://survey.walmart.com/?walmart-store&list=1
- Within one week of the date of the cash register receipt, the entrant must visit www.survey.walmart.com after receiving the survey invitation and enter the special code from the cash register receipt.
- Each survey question should be answered individually. Click the “Submit” button after completing the survey in its entirety.
The contact information field should be filled out. The entry form’s entirety, including the participant’s first and last names, street addresses, city, state, zip codes, phone numbers, and (if available) email addresses, may be required. From the menu, choose “Continue.”
In order to submit your entry, click the “Submit” button. The entry form must be completed if prompted in order to be eligible to win. To enter the sweepstakes, check the appropriate boxes, then click “Submit.” If the cash register receipt date is January 25, 2021, or later, the survey must be finished by 11:59 p.m. CT on January 31, 2021, within one week of the cash register receipt date.
