Now Hiring: Inside Sales Representative in Austin

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and motivated Inside Sales Representative to spread the SailPoint message to key global companies. Your role involves delivering a positive customer experience, utilizing SailPoint’s sales model to maximize revenue in top customer accounts. Collaborating with field sales counterparts, you’ll help penetrate new accounts and cross-sell into existing SailPoint accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience in the full sales life cycle: prospecting, selling, and closing.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of SailPoint products and services.
  • Build lasting relationships with prospects, end-users, and partners.
  • Engage with cross-functional resources to drive business growth.
  • Assume an active role in executing your team’s territory growth plan.
  • Maintain high levels of critical activity, including calls, meetings, and proactive outreach.
  • Utilize sales efficiency and activity tools to connect with prospects and customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-tech sales, preferably with software and/or SaaS offerings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, stimulating environment with a built-in sense of urgency.
  • Coachable, open to feedback, with a positive attitude and a strong drive for results.
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%) for customer visits and trade shows.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 2-3+ years of full sales cycle software sales experience.
  • Experience selling technology products to IT teams in Fortune 500, Enterprise, Mid-Market spaces.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
