Location: West Palm Beach, FL | Territory: 80-mile radius | Overnight Travel: 10%

Join Ecolab’s dynamic B2B sales team as a Sales Development Manager. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in building and expanding profitable client relationships with commercial businesses in the United States. As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll be focused on protecting brands, facilities, and the health and safety of employees and customers by offering effective B2B pest elimination programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Prospect and obtain customers to achieve annual new business sales goals
  • Implement sales strategies and discover sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with service teams, corporate accounts, and inter-company partners
  • Build strong relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process
  • Stay informed about Ecolab product offerings and industry conditions

  • Territory: 80-mile radius
  • Overnight travel: 10%

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Home office with internet access capability
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Immigration sponsorship not available

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of proven results in B2B commercial sales
  • Experience in pest elimination, hotel, and restaurant sales
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills
  • Problem-solving ability and negotiation/presentation expertise
  • Self-motivated with a drive for results
  • Bilingual – English and Spanish (preferred)
