About the Job: Sales Representative

Pay: $18 / Hour + Commission
Shift: Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm CDT

The Role: Join us in an exciting partnership with a leading telecommunications and fiberoptic internet service provider. With a focus on doubling market share in the SMB space over the next two years, this is your chance to be part of a rapidly growing sales program where success is driven by your passion, willingness to learn, and ability to have fun along the way. We are seeking motivated sales professionals with experience in telecommunications and/or SMB sales.


  • Represent a regional telecom provider in an outbound acquisition sales role
  • Sell voice and internet services to businesses currently using another provider
  • Conduct needs analysis and identify areas where our product can assist their business
  • Build a strong, consultative relationship with decision-makers and influencers
  • Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Award-winning training program accommodating all work experiences
  • 6 months of call center experience preferred
  • 1 year of acquisition sales required, 3 years or more preferred
  • Broad knowledge of client products and services
  • Internet navigation and application skills
  • Quick thinking and ability to rebut objections
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with energy and excellence
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, and address client needs
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced team environment
